Visionox is a Chinese company founded by Tsinghua University and other investors in 2001. The company is dedicated to the development, manufacturing and marketing of display and lighting products, mainly OLEDs.
Visionox is producing PM OLED panels and they were one of biggest world’s leading suppliers in 2012. It is also developing AMOLED panels. Visionox is producing small (30×60 mm) OLED lighting panels, and is also working on efficient (40 lm/W) next gen panels.
The technology is based on electroluminescence of organic layers is the most perspective and the organic diodes are currently the most effective light sources. The most important pros of organic displays are the lifetime reaching 50 thousand hours and a very fast development of the OLED technology. This is why OLEDs will substitute the LCD-TFT technology both in consumer electronics as well as in industrial applications.
The characteristics of all displays are:

high brightness,
self-emission,
high contrast ratio,
low thickness,
wide viewing angle,
wide range of operating temperature (-40°C ÷ +70°C),
low power consumption,
short response time about 10µs.
